Work with Theresa

Grief coaching. Grief and loss can be tricky to navigate. It is sometimes helpful to have someone who is not in your family or friend circle to talk to about your loss. As a grief coach, Theresa brings her expertise as a grief researcher, her compassion, and her ability to be with difficult conversations. She is an excellent listener and will support you as you navigate your experience of grief.

Personal growth. Perhaps you are ready to make changes in your life and know that you work best with an accountability partner. Theresa has decades of personal experience in this area. Beyond her personal experiences, she is a trained mindful eating facilitator and the co-facilitator of Be Well Retreats. She is ready to support you to make the changes that will support you in your best health. Are you ready to change your relationship with food? Would you like support as you work to have a better relationship with your body?
