MEDITATIONS
These short meditations can be used any time you are feeling anxious, worried, or caught in a habitual mental pattern. Pausing for even 2-5 minutes just might interrupt the mental cycle of worry or anxiety, if only for a moment.
Each moment you are able to interrupt unhelpful thought patterns gives you the space, however small, to allow room for awareness. With awareness, comes choice.
With choice, comes freedom.
